RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO WICHITA MARINE
COMPANY FOR 16 FOOT INBOARD-OUTBOARD BOAT AND
TRAILER.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the pur-
chase of a 16 foot Inboard-Outboard Boat and Trailer; and,
WHEREAS, one bid was received, and it is found that the bid of Wichita
Marine Company for $7,000. 00 is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Wichita Marine Company, in the amount of $7,000. 00 is hereby
accepted, and the Director of Public Utilities is authorized to purchase said
boat and trailer.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 15th day of July, 1980.
