RESOLUTION CALLING SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION
TO BE HELD AUGUST 9, 1980.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
A special election shall be held in the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, on August 9, 1980, at which election the
question of repeal of Resolution No. 2529 shall be submitted
to the electors. The official ballots for said election
shall be prepared so as to permit the electors to vote
FOR" or "AGAINST" .the proposition which shall be stated
as follows: "Resolution No. 2529, Which Provided for
Technical Evaluation of Wichita Falls Landfill Site C
Located Southwest of the City of Wichita Falls on Parker
Ranch Road. "
PASSED and APPROVED this the 9th day of July, 1980.
