RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO
THE CITY 'S TIRE SUPPLY CONTRACT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
The amendment of the City' s tire supply contract with
Gulley Tire Co. , which will substitute Ayres Oil Company for
Gulley Tire Co. , allow the substitution of Ayres Oil Company
performance bond and the release of Gulley Tire Co. from their
bond, is approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
such amendment to the tire supply contract.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 15th day of September, 1981 .
