RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO WATER TANK SERVICE
COMPANY FOR REPAIR AND PAINTING OF THE 1MG ELEVATED
POTABLE WATER STORAGE TANK AT DENVER STREET
WHEREAS, eight bids were received for repair and painting of
the Denver Street Tower; and,
WHEREAS, the bid of Water Tank Service Company, Dallas, Texas
is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Water Tank Service Company in the amount of $60,200.00
is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized to execute for the
City of Wichita Falls a contract for the repair and painting of the Denver
tank.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 15th day of September, 1981.
