RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A SOLID WASTE TRANSFER STATION TO HAMBRICK-
CRAIG CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls had advertised for bids
for the construction of the solid waste transfer station; and,
WHEREAS, five bids were received, and it is found that the
bid of Hambrick-Craig Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of
1 ,949 ,900 . 00 is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
Said bid of Hambrick-Craig Construction Company, Inc. in the
amount of $1 ,949 ,900 . 00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract with Hambrick-Craig Construction
Company, Inc. for the construction of such improvement.
