CONTRACT WITH C.D. GRAHAM CONSTRUCTION CO. FOR
REMODEL OF MUNICIPAL AIRPORT TERMINAL BUILDIlNG,
PROJECT NO, 6-48-0227-07.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain Change Order No. 1, a copy of which is attached hereto, to the
contract with C. D. Graham Construction, Co. for the remodel of the Municipal
Airport Terminal Building is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute same for the City of Wichita Falls.

You are directed to make the following changes in this Contract:
1 . Change Disconnected for AC Units Nos. 1 and 4 from 100 to 200
Amps.
2. Change the 3 pole circuit breakers for AC units Nos. 1 and 4
from 100 to 175 Amps.
3. Delete the "New Service Lateral, 4 #350 MCM adjacent to ex—
isting0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 ." , as noted on Sheet B'-1 of Plans0 (Also re-
ferred to as "New Set 4 #350 MCM Cu. Circuit. . . . . . . . . ." , on
Sheet E-2 of plans.
4. Install temporary service from pad mounted transformer across
the street to the Airport Terminal Building, remove the exist-
ing PVC conduit (broken in—place ) and replace. Embed the two
new .Schedule PVC underground conduit , below street, with a
minimum of 4 inches of concrete above the tops of the conduits.
Backfill with crushed limestone and patch paving with 4 inches
of hot asphaltic concrete. (This work requires approximately
70 feet extra of 3 inch schedule 40 PVC conduit. )
