RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY'S PARTICIPATION IN THE TML-SOUTHWESTERN
BELL RATE CASE TRUST FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City' s participation in the TML-Southwestern Bell
Rate Case Trust Fund, for which the City' s cost will be
3,297 based on 3. 5 cents per capita, is hereby approved
and authorized.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 4th day of August, 1981.
