RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF BOUNDARY
FENCE FOR SOFTBALL FIELDS AT JAYCEE PARK.
WHEREAS, heretofore the City of Wichita Falls and
A-1 Discount Fence Co. , as contractor, entered into a contract
dated May 26 , 1981 for the construction of boundary fence for
softball fields at Jaycee Park; and,
WHEREAS , the construction of such fence has been completed
in accordance with the plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The construction of such boundary fence for softball fields
at Jaycee Park is hereby accepted by the City, and the City
Manager is directed to pay to the contractor the contract price
in the sum of $13, 996. 94 .
