RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
WITH POTEET AND OLIVER, INC. , PROVIDING
FOR RENOVATION OF CITY HALL ANNEX.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
There is hereby approved, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute for the City of Wichita Falls, a contract
with Poteet and Oliver, Inc. , providing for the renovation
of the City Hall Annex. This contract shall be substantially
in form of the draft attached hereto.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 31st day of July, 1981.
