RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH
BIGGS & MATHEWS , INC. FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES CONCERNING SLUDGE HANDLING
PROBLEMS AT THE MAIN WASTEWATER PLANT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS THAT :
That certain contract, a copy of which is attached hereto,
between the City and Biggs & Mathews, Inc. , whereby such
consulting engineers will perform engineering services
concerning sludge handling problems at the main wastewater
plant in the City, is hereby approved, and the City Manager
is authorized to execute the same for the City of Wichita
Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the jot day of July, 1981.
