RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. ONE (1) TO THE
CONTRACT WITH ZACK BURKETT COMPANY FOR APRON ADDI-
TIONS AND WIDENING ARMSTRONG DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD. OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain Change Order No. 1, -a copy of which is attached hereto, to the contract
with Zack Burkett Company, for apron additions and widening of Armstrong Drive, is
hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute same for the City
of Wichita. Falls.

Justification: There is an existing NWS cable that will be under the proposed apron
widening and the NWS and the FAA have requested that it be relocated.
The amount of the Contract will be increased by the sum of:
