RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR INSTALLATION OF
HIGH PRESSURE SODIUM FUTURES TO LLOYD THOIMAS CO.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the removal of
old fixtures and the installation of new high pressure sodium fixtures; and,
WHEREAS, two bids were received, and the bid of Lloyd Thomas Co. in the
amount of $5,301.50 was the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such bid of Lloyd Thomas Co. is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to enter into a contract with Lloyd Thomas Co. for the removal of
the old fixtures and the installation of the new high pressure sodium fixtures.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 7th day of July 1981.
