RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AWARDING
CONTRACT FOR MAIN WATER LINE REPLACEMENT
AT MEMORIAL AUDITORIUM.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised for bids
for replacing the main water line at Memorial Auditorium; and,
WHEREAS , two bids were received, and it is found that
Oden Mechanical Contractors, Inc. , who bid $7 , 780, was the
lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such bid of Oden Mechanical Contractors, Inc. in the amount
of $7 ,780 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to enter into a contract for the City with said
contractor for such project.
