RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR CREATIVE PLAY
EQUIPMENT FOR WOOD MEMORIAL PARK.
WHEREAS, heretofore the City advertised for bids for creative
play equipment for Wood Memorial Park; and,
WHEREAS, two bids were received, and the bid of Vaughan
Associates was the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Vaughan & Associates in the total amount of
27,245 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to purchase such equipment.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of April, 1981.
