RESOLUTION APPOINTING THREE MEMBERS AND AN
ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
and J.1 are hereby appointed as the
members of the Board of Equalization for the purpose of
equalizing assessments upon all property assessed for City
tax purposes for the year 1981. 01.
is hereby appointed as an alternate member to such Board in
the event one of the others so appointed cannot serve.
Such Board of Equalization shall have all of the duties
and powers set out in Section 78 of the Charter of the
City of Wichita Falls.
