RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF A CONCESSION/RESTROOM BUILDING AT BRIDWELL
PARK
WHEREAS , the City has advertised for bids for the
construction of a concession/restroom building at Bridwell Park;
and,
WHEREAS , four bids were received, and the bid of C. D.
Graham Construction Co. , Inc. in the amount of $43,844 is the
lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of C. D. Graham Construction Co. , Inc. in the
amount of $43, 844 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract with C. D. Graham Construction
Co. , Inc. for the construction of such improvements.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of March, 1981.
