RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #1 AND FINAL
PAYMENT FOR THE UTILITY ADJUSTMENTS AND RELOCATIONS
AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN SUPPORT OF CD PAVING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Bowles Construction Company,
as contractor, entered into a contract dated April 1, 1980 for the various
utility adjustments in the City of Wichita Falls; and,
WHEREAS, the work is completed and Change Order #1 in the amount of
372.61 is the final adjustment of unit quantities which will increase
the contract price to a final value of $62,050.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order #1 to the contract dated April 1, 1980 with Bowles
Construction Company and final payment of $12,200.93 is hereby approved,
and the City Manager is authorized to execute the same for the City of
Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of March, 1981.
