RESOLUTION APPOINTING ALBERT T. NICE
MUNICIPAL JUDGE FOR A TWO YEAR TERM,
AND CONSENTING TO THE APPOINTMENT OF
THREE SUBSTITUTE JUDGES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS, THAT:
Albert T. Nice is hereby appointed Municipal Judge
of the City of Wichita Falls for a term of two years
beginning March 7, 1981, with an annual salary of $23, 750. 00.
The appointment by the Mayor of G. A. Benesh, William L.
Otten and Norman F. Carroll as substitute judges for a term
of two years, beginning March 7, 1981 , is hereby consented
to and confirmed.
