RESOLUTION SETTING FEES FOR CODE OF ORDINANCES
AND CITY CHARTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The price to be charged by the City for a copy of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Wichita Falls, together
with a copy of each supplement which has been issued as of
the time of such sale, is hereby established at $75.
The fee for the annual supplement service to the Code
of Ordinances is hereby established at $20.
The price to be charged by the City for a copy of the
City Charter of the City of Wichita Falls, together with a
copy of each supplement which has been issued as of the time
of such sale, is hereby established at $4 . 00.
