A RESOLUTION DETERMINING NECESSITY FOR ACQUISITION
OF PROPERTY FOR THE SANITATION TRANSFER STATION,
1980-82 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING
EMPLOYMENT OF APPRAISERS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
Section No. 1 It is necessary to acquire the following described
tract of land for the Sanitation Transfer Station, 1980-82 Capital Improvement
Program to wit:
SANITARY TRANSFER STATION
1980-82 Capital Improvement Program
A 21-Acre tract of land out of the Annie E. Cummins
Survey, A-610 and Block 13, Denton County School
Lands, A-53, Wichita County, Texas. Being also a
portion of the Burlington-Call Field Industrial
District.
Section No. 2 The City Manager is hereby authorized to employ appraisers
to appraise the property being acquired for the Sanitary Transfer Station , 1980-
1982 Capital' Improvement Program.
