RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO PURCHASE
TREES FOR VARIOUS CITY PARKS.
WHEREAS, the City has advertised for bids for the
purchase of trees for various City parks; and,
WHEREAS, two bids were received, and the bid of Webb
Landscaping Company, in the amount of $23, 865 is the lowest
responsible bid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Webb Landscaping Company in the amount of
23, 865 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract with Webb Landscaping
Company for the purchase of said trees.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of January, 1981.
