RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO POWER BUILDERS, INC.
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF NORTHSIDE WASTE WATER TREATMENT
PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the
construction of the Northside waste water treatment plant; and,
WHEREAS, on July 31, 1980, six bids were received, and Power
Builders, Inc. who bid $1,150,000 was the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Power Builders, Inc. in the amount of $1,150,000 for
the construction of such plant is hereby accepted, and the City Manager
is authorized to execute a contract for the City of Wichita Falls with
Power Builders, Inc. for the construction of such plant.
