RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO
THE CONTRACT WITH TIMMINS-ANDERSON CORPORATION
TO REHABILITATE PORTIONS OF TERMINAL APRON,
PROJECT NO. 6-48-0227-06.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
That certain Change Order No. One (1), a copy of which is attached hereto, to
the contract with Timmins-Anderson Corporation, for rehabilitation of portions of the
Terminal Apron is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 15th day of December 1981.
