BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: That certain Bill of Sale, whereby Texas Electric Service Company conveys to the City of Wichita Falls certain facilities used for the High Pressure Sodium street light system, is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to pay Texas Electric Service Company the sum of $24, 796.00 for such Bill of Sale. The Illumination System on Jalonic Street between Virginia and South Rosewood Streets. This is the Jalonic Park Area. Consists of five (5) wood poles, masts and circuits; and one (1) mast on a TESCo owned pole. The Illumination System on Austin Street from Galveston, North to 200 feet North of Thirteenth Street. Consists of seven (7) steel poles, masts and circuits; seven (7) wood circuit support poles and circuits; and eleven (11) masts and circuits on TESCo and/or City owned poles. The Illumination System on Eighteenth Street from Broad Street to Travis Street. Consists of five (5) wood poles, masts and circuits; and six (6) masts and circuits on TESCo owned poles. The Illumination System on Travis Street, from Eighteenth Street, North to Fifteenth Street. Consists of two (2) wood poles, masts and circuits; and one (1) mast and circuit on a TESCo owned pole. The Illumination System on Lamar Street from Fifteenth Street Southerly to Mill Street. Consists of three (3) steel poles, masts and circuits; and two (2) wood circuit support poles.
