RESOLUTION.APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT TO TIIE LEASE OF TIIE FEDERAL AVIATION FLIGIIT SERVICE STATION RELATIVE TO ANNUAL RENTAL OF SPACE AT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AND AUTHORIZING TIIE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAME. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT; That certain agreement, a. copy of which is attached hereto, between the City of Wichita. Falls and Federal Aviation Administration, Flight Service Station, setting annual rental, is hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita Falls. OTFA07-82-L-01Q14 THIS LEASE, made and entered into this date by and between CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS Municipal Airport whose address is Route 4, Box 8 Wichita Falls, TX 76301 and whose interest in the property hereinafter described is that of OWNER hereinafter called the Lessor, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, hereinafter called the Government WITNESSETII: The parties hereto for the considerations hereinafter mentioned,covenant and agree as follows: 1. The Lessor hereby leases to the Government the following described premises: A total of 2,554 square feet of bare space located in the Airport Administration Building on the Wichita Falls Municipal Airport, Wichita Falls, Texas; and as more particularly shown in Paragraph 9, Space Occupancy Schedule hereof. to be used for Flight Service Station and Sector Field Office Shops 2. TO HAVE AND TO BOLD the said premises with their appurtenances for the term beginning on October 1 , 1981 through September 30, 1982 , subject to termination and renewal rights as may be hereinafter set forth. 15 3. The Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $ 086.76 at the rate of S 3,771 .69 per Government Fiscal Quarter in arrears. Rent for a lesser period shall be prorated. Rent checks shall be made payable to: LESSOR wholly or in part 4. The following are attached and made a part hereof: 1 The General Provisions and Instructions (Standard Form 2-A, -Ma.y.-.1.970--- edition). 2. Special Lease Provisions (Articles 9 through 19) 8. The following changes were made in this lease prior to its execution: The words "wholly or in part" were added to Article 4. Article 5 was deleted. Article 11 on Standard Form 2-A was deleted. Articles 17 and 18 and Amendment 2 noted as page 3 were added to Standard Form 2-A. Disputes Clause was added.
