RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE CITY MANAGER
AS CONTRACTING OFFICER FOR THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS IN DEALING WITH THE NATIONAL
ENDOWMENT FOR THE ARTS .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, THAT:
STUART A. BACH, City Manager is hereby appointed as the
authorized agent in dealing with the National Endowment for
the Arts to secure funds by signing and providing necessary
documents to such endowment as necessary to assist in the
construction of a sculpture in Bellevue Park.
