AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE
REVENUE SHARING FUND TO PROJECT NUMBERS LISTED
BELOW, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the Revenue Sharing
Trust Fund the sum of $1,332,000.00 which shall be placed in the following
project numbers:

1. Wichita General Hospital - 902 $ 75,000.00
2. Kell ROW - 379 500,000.00
3. Bi-Centennial Commission - 056 16,500.00
4. Street Surface Overlay - 350 100,000.00
5. Surface Treatment - 352 50,000.00
6. Street Reconstruction and Drainage - 354 300,000.00
7. Assessment Paving - 371 100,000.00
8. Topics (Urban Systems) - 570 10,000.00
9. Downtown Renovation & Improvement - 931 115,000.00
10. Tennis Center Improvements - 458 12,000.00
11. Regional P&R Maintenance Facility - 460 30,000.00
12. Animal Control Shelter Improvements - 239 6,000.00
13. Martin Plaza Parking Lot - 572 7,500.00
14. Park Bridge & Dam - 461 10,000.00
Total $ 1,332,000.00
SECTION 2. The fact that this amount is now due and that it is
essential for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates an
emergency, therefore this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
