ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-1 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES TO CHANGE THE TIME OF THE
REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 2-1 of the Code of Ordinances is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"In accordance with Section 34, as amended, of the
Charter, the regular meeting times of the Board of Aldermen
except the first meeting in April, shall be the first
Tuesday and third Tuesday of each month, at 8 :30 o'clock
A. M. The first meeting in April shall be at 8 :00 o'clock
P. M. on the Monday next following the regular municipal
election. Regular meetings shall be held in the council
chamber in the municipal auditorium. "
