AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE
REVENUE SHARING FUND TO PROJECT NUMBERS LISTED
BELOW, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the Revenue Sharing
Trust Fund the sum of $ 1.482,500.00 which shall be placed in the
following project numbers:

1. 93-379 Kell Right-of-Way $ 480,000.00
2. 93-350 Street Surface Overlay 77,500.00
3. 93-354 Street Reconstruction 300,000.00
4. 93-371 Assessment Paving 100,000.00
5. 93-458 Tennis Center Imp. 90,000.00
6. 93-346 Paving Machine 75,000.00
7. 93-347 Sanitation Containers 280,000.00
8. 93-236 Police Station Renovation 80.000.00

Total $1,482.500.00
SECTION 2. The fact that this amount is now due and that it is
essential for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates an
emergency, therefore this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage. •
