AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THE APPROPRIATION OF
$7 , 500. 00 FROM THE REVENUE SHARING TRUST
FUND FOR MARTIN PLAZA PARKING LOT AS APPRO-
PRIATED IN ORDINANCE NO. 3015.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 3015 which was passed and
approved on October 7 , 1975, the Board of Aldermen of the City of
Wichita Falls appropriated, among other items, $7, 500. 00 out of
the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for the Martin Plaza Parking Lot
project, designated Project No. 572; and,
WHEREAS , the Board of Aldermen has approved the discontinuance
of the Martin Plaza Parking Lot project; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen now wishes to repeal the appro-
priation of the $7 , 500. 00 from the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund and
order that it be returned to the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund so that
it may be available for future appropriation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS:
That Item No. 13 in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3015 which was
passed and approved on October 7, 1975, and which appropriated
$7 ,500. 00 from the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for the Martin Plaza
Parking Lot project, designated Project No. 572, is hereby repealed
and the $7 ,500. 00 is hereby ordered returned to the Revenue Sharing
Trust Fund so that it may be appropriated in the future.
