AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3090, TO
REDUCE THE APPROPRIATION FOR SANITATION CON-
TAINERS BY $21,000. 00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Ordinance No. 3090 is hereby amended by reducing by
$21, 000. 00 the amount appropriated out of the Revenue
Sharing Trust Fund for Project No. 93-347, Sanitation Con-
tainers; the amount so appropriated for such project is
hereby reduced from $280, 000. 00 to $259, 000. 00. Such sum
of $21, 000. 00 is hereby ordered returned to the Revenue
Sharing Trust Fund, so that it may be appropriated in the
future.
