ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH (c) OF SECTION
106. 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 2733, THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS PLUMBING CODE, TO INCREASE
THE SANITARY SEWER TAP FEE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Paragraph (c) of Section 106. 3 of Ordinance No.
2733, the City of Wichita Falls Plumbing Code, is
hereby amended by increasing the sewer tap fee stated
therein from twenty-five dollars ($25. 00) to thirty-
five dollars ($35. 00) .
