Resolution awarding the bid for the 2014 CDBG Waterline
Replacement Project (CWF14-204-01) to Bowles Construction Co. in
an estimated total amount of $132,596.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2014 CDBG
Waterline Replacement Project (CWF14-204-01); and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Bowles Construction
Co., which made a unit price bid in an estimated total amount of $132,596.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2014 CDBG Waterline Replacement Project (CWF14-
204-01) is awarded to Bowles Construction Co., in an estimated total amount of
$132,596.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1st day of July, 2014.
