Resolution awarding bid for the 2014 Expressway Village Park Pond
Project (CWF14-734-16) to Luz Lerma Construction, in an estimated
total amount of $159,993.89
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2014
Expressway Village Park Pond Project (CWF14-734-16); and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Luz Lerma
Construction, which made a unit price bid in an estimated total amount of $159,993.89.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2014 Expressway Village Park Pond Project (CWF14-
734-16) is awarded to Luz Lerma Construction, in an estimated total amount of
$159,993.89, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1st day of July, 2014.
