Resolution awarding bid for the 2014 Transfer Station Roof
Replacement Project (CWF14-530-08) to Prime Source Construction,
Inc., in an estimated total amount of $187,800
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2014
Transfer Station Roof Replacement Project (CWF14-530-08); and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder is Prime
Source Construction, Inc., which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of
$187,800.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2014 Transfer Station Roof Replacement Project
(CWF14-530-08) is awarded to Prime Source Construction, Inc., in an estimated total
amount of $187,800.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for
the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1st day of July, 2014.
