AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3090,
TO REDUCE FURTHER THE APPROPRIATION FOR
SANITATION CONTAINERS.
WHEREAS , in Ordinance No. 3090, the sum of $280, 000. 00
was appropriated out of the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for
Project No. 93-347 , Sanitation Containers; by Ordinance
No. 3102, the amount so appropriated was reduced from $280, 000. 00
to $259, 000. 00, and by Ordinance No. 3138 , the amount was further
reduced to $254 , 500. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
Ordinance No. 3090 is hereby amended by further reducing
by $6, 000. 00 the amount appropriated out of the Revenue Sharing
Trust Fund for Project No. 93-347 , Sanitation Containers. Such
sum of $6, 000. 00 is hereby ordered returned to the Revenue
Sharing Trust Fund so that it may be appropriated in the
future.
