AN ORDINANCE '!AIVINO SIDELINE RESTRICTIONS ON LOT 1 OF
A PROPOSED REP1-A,T OF PORTIONS OF BLOCKS 3 AND 5, FAITH
VILLAGE, Ur!IT OF TTT CITY ''F !ICPITA FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the oun?rs of Parts of Blocks 3 and 5, Faith Village, Unit I
WHEREAS,
have requested that sideline restrictions on Lot 1 of a nronosed replat of por-
tions of Blocks 3 and 5 as submitted to the planning Board on November 10, 1976
he waived; and
'-!HEREAS, the planning Board of the City of Wichita Falls , Texas has
recommended to the Board of Aldermen that the sail "aiver he granted under certain
conditions.
';`?W, THEREFORE, IT OP AINE^ BY THE BOARD OF AL2.ErF9 OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 9, L (q) of Ordinance ?113 and Section (11 of Section 7-15 of
the Code of Ordinances, as amended h:i "rdinance 30/12, requiring 5 foot side set-
backs except in the fire district are hereby waived for the proposed replat of
portions of Blocks 3 and 5, Fait); Village, !snit I provided the following conditions
are met, to wit:
a. The proposed building mist he constructed to the sane standards
which apply to structures located !'i thi n the fire district.
b. 10 foot side line seL.hac'i re nlaced on the lot on which the
existing building is constructed. (To the west and south of the
proposed plat)
c. A 25 foot front setback line he nlaced on Blocks 3 and 5 parallel
to Call Field Road. pp
