AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3090,
TO REDUCE FURTHER THE APPROPRIATION FOR
SANITATION CONTAINERS AND KELL R-0 W
E EAS in Ordinance 3090, the sum of $280,000. 00 a a
WH R O No. 3 owas appropriated
out of the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Project No. 93-347, Sanitation Containers;
by Ordinance No. 3102, the amount so appropriated was reduced from $280, 000. 00
to $259,000. 00, by Ordinance No. 3138, the amount was further reduced to $254,500. 00,
and by Ordinance No. 3144, the amount was further reduced to $248,500. 00; and
WHEREAS, in Ordinance 3090, the sum of $480, 000. 00 was appropriated out of
Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Project 93-379, Kell Rights-of-Way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Ordinance No. 3090 is hereby amended by further reducing by $19, 000. 00 the
amount appropriated out of the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Project No. 93-347,
Sanitation Containers, and by reducing by $30, 000.00 the amount appropriated out of
Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Project No. 93-379, Kell Rights-Of-Way. Such sum
of $49,000. 00 is hereby ordered returned to the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund so that
it may be appropriated in the future.
