ORDINANCE WAIVING RESTRICTIONS ON REAR ALLEY
ACCESS TO LOTS IN BELAIR ADDITION, UNIT THREE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 9, C, (5) of Ordinance No. 2118, which requires
that, except on a corner lot, each residential lot shall have
the main driveway to the garage, carport or off-street parking
area opening on a street is hereby waived for the lots in
Belair Addition, Unit Three, to the City of Wichita Falls,
subject to two conditions, as follows:
(1) Speed restraints shall be required in the alleys,
which restraints shall have a design approved by the City
of Wichita Falls.
(2) Alley entrances to lots across the alley from each
other shall be offset a minimum of the width of the drive-
ways.
