AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH (d) OF SECTION

29 - 114 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, BY DELETING PARKING RESTRICTIONS
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF NINTH STREET BETWEEN 4:30 PM
AND 6:00 PM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Paragraph (d) of Section 29 - 114 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Wichita. Falls is hereby amended by deleting from the schedule in
such section the following:
Street Extent Side Hours Parking Prohibited
"Ninth Street Travis to Brook North 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm"
