ORDINANCE NO. AO
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF MILISSA LEA LANE, LOCATED IN
SECTION 3, MIDWESTERN FARM SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, TO MELISSA LEA LANE.
WHEREAS, a plat of the Midwestern Farm Subdivision, Section 3, an
addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas was filed for record with the County
Clerk, Wichita County, ,Texas, and
WHEREAS, the name of a street named Milissa Lea Lane was shown on said
plat, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the said subdivision advises that the said street
was misspelled on the plat and requests that the said street name be changed to
reflect the correct spelling, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems it advisable and in the public interest to change the name of Milissa Lea
Lane to Melissa Lea Lane.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The name of Milissa Lea Lane, located in the Midwestern Farm Subdivision,
Section 3, Wichita Falls, Texas, be, and is hereby changed to Melissa Lea Lane.
