Ord 3194 5/16/1977 ORDINANCE NO. 3194
ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 7-14 AND 7-15 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES TO ADOPT THE 1976 EDITION OF
THE SOUTHERN STANDARD BUILDING CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 7-14 of the Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"The publication entitled ' Southern Standard Building
Code' , 1976 Edition, a copy of which, authenticated by the
signature of the City Clerk, is on file in the City Clerk' s
office, is hereby adopted as the 'Building Code of the City
of Wichita Falls' , as fully as if copied at length in this
chapter. "
SECTION 2. The first paragraph in Section 7-15 of the
Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows:
"The following changes, deletions and amendments are
hereby made in the Southern Standard Building Code, as adopted
in Section 7-14. "
