AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC. 5-74 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS
SHALL BE AMENDED TO PROVIDE THAT THE DIRECTOR
OF PUBLIC HEALTH SHALL HAVE THE POWER TO ORDER
THE RELEASE OF ANY INFANT OR INJURED WILD ANI-
MAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Sec. 5-74 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Wichita
Falls is hereby amended to read as follows:
"The Director of Public Health shall have the power
to release or order the release of any infant or injured wild
animal kept under temporary permit which is deemed capable
