AN ORDINANCE WAIVING RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTH REQUIREMENTS FOR
A PROPOSED STREET IN THE PROPOSED NORTH VILLAGE SUBDIVISION
TO THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the owners of the proposed North Village Subdivision
to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas have requested that the right-of-way width
requirements contained in Section 9 (B) (1) (b)7 of Ordinance No. 2118 be waived
to the extent hereafter specified; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the City of Wichita Falls has recom-
mended to the Board of Aldermen that said waiver be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 9 (B) (1) (b)7 of Ordinance No. 2118 requiring that
Local Industrial-Commercial, Type L-2, streets shall have a right-of-way width
of sixty (60) feet he, and it is hereby, waived for the proposed street in the
proposed North Village Subdivision, subject to the following condition: the
proposed street shall have a right-of-way width of fifty (50) feet.
