ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 29-26 AND 29-27
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, TO REMOVE THE
SPECIFIC LOAD LIMIT ON KELL BOULEVARD AND
TO REMOVE THE PROHIBITION AGAINST COMMERCIAL
VEHICLES ON KELL BOULEVARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 29-26 of the Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended by deleting from the schedule therein
the inclusion of Kell Boulevard, from Kemp Boulevard to
Holliday Road, 7, 000 pounds.
SECTION 2. Section 29-27 of the Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended by deleting from the schedule therein
the inclusion of Kell Boulevard, from Kemp Boulevard to
Holliday Road.
