ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17-19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES, WHICH ESTABLISHES RATES FOR REMOVAL
OF GARBAGE AND REFUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Subsection (7) of Section 17-19 of the
Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows:
" (7) Apartment houses and complexes, all residential
units therein, each unit . . . . $2. 25"
SECTION 2. The schedule of rates contained in Sub-
section (10) of Section 17-19 of the Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Container Size Pickups Per Week Monthly Charge
(Cubic Yards) Per Container
3 1 $ 9. 00
3 2 18. 00
3 3 27. 00
4 1 10. 00
4 2 20. 00
4 3 30. 00
8 1 20. 00
8 2 40. 00

SECTION 3. The last sentence in Subsection (10) of
Section 17-19 of the Code of Ordinances is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Additional pickups will be made at $8. 00 per container,
or $25. 00 per hour where there are no containers. "
