AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 1
OF THE COUNTRY CLUB ADDITION TO THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems it advisable and in the public interest to close the alley herein described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The fifteen (15) foot north-south alley in Block 1 of the Country Club
Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas be and the same is hereby closed
and abandoned. /� o
