ORDINANCE AMENDING GENERAL REVENUE SHARING
APPROPRIATIONS.
WHEREAS, heretofore various appropriation ordinances
have been passed which appropriated General Revenue Sharing
Funds for the purpose of funding certain projects; several
of these projects have been completed for less amounts than
were appropriated, and it has been determined that others
will require less money than was appropriated; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen desires to amend such
appropriation ordinances in order to reduce such original
appropriations to the amounts actually expended or the amounts
actually needed, and free the unexpended balances for other
appropriations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such General Revenue Sharing appropriation ordinances
are hereby amended so that the amounts originally appropriated
are reduced by the amounts shown:
