AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3240,
CHANGING CERTAIN OF THE PROJECT NUMBERS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Ordinance No. 3240 is hereby amended so that the project
numbers on items numbered 1, 2, 4 , 10, 16 and 18 shall read
as follows:
1. 93-069 Health Department
2 . 93-237 Sub Fire Station & Equipment
4. 93-349 Drainage Improvements
10. 93-454 Park Guard Lights
16. 93-934 Eastside Community Center (loan)
18. 93-935 Community Council
The fact that the amounts appropriated by Ordinance
No. 3240 will be due and that some of them are essential
for the immediate use of the City creates an emergency; there-
fore, this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
