ORDINANCE NO.
ORDINANCE CHANGING DATE OF LAST MEETING OF
BOARD OF ALDERMEN IN NOVEMBER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2-1
of the Code of Ordinances, the second regular meeting of the
Board of Aldermen in November, 1977 is hereby changed from
November 15, to November 22.
SECTION 2. The fact that some members of the Board of
Aldermen will be unable to attend the meeting on November
15 creates an emergency, and this ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage.
